Production Process:

1. Material: Eucalyptus, Acacia… carefully selected, with moisture content below 15%

2. Glue coating: the adhesive must be evenly applied to the peeled veneer

3. Laminating: The peeled veneer layers are carefully stacked by skilled workers.

4. Hot press: about 40 to 60 minutes, ensuring complete bonding between veneer layers and the plywood sheet’s moisture content is less than 12%.

5. After hot pressing, the plywood will be trimmed, resulting in a finished product as shown in the picture.
