Production Process:

1. Material: Eucalyptus, Acacia… carefully selected, with moisture content below 15%

2. Glue coating: the adhesive must be evenly applied to the peeled veneer

3. Laminating: The peeled veneer layers are carefully stacked by skilled workers

4. Cold press once: about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, ensuring the plywood sheets are pressed flat and the veneer layers are bonded together

5. Hot press: about 40 to 60 minutes, ensuring complete bonding between veneer layers and the plywood sheet’s moisture content is less than 12%

6. Puttying: After hot pressing, the surface is puttied to fix any defects on the plywood

7. Sanding: After puttying, the plywood will be double-sided planed to ensure its flatness

8. Puttying and repair the surface one last time before applying glue to adhere the film face

9. Carefully inspect the core quality and thickness before applying glue for face veneering

11. Hot press for the second time to adhere the film face, with a pressing time of 3-5 minutes

12. Inspect the quality and thickness of the finished product before packing for shipment

13. The finished plywood will be packed according to the customer’s requirements
